The Brael System served as the base of operations for the SCO Navy during the War for Private Space. The cold and rocky world, Brael 1 is orbited by an antique castle station that is currently under repair by the SCO. Littering the system are debris from the multiple skirmishes between the UPS and SCO fleets. While the derelicts have been largely stripped clean of valuable salvage, the skeletons of both Union and Schema warships are bathed in the red glow of Brael's star.
