The Ubbonex sector is a region of space densely packed with systems. Many of these systems provided the raw materials necessary for the rapid expansion and development of charted space. However, with the depletion of most of those resources, corruption, and the rise of piracy, the sector became largely abandoned by the industries it served. Now it is known mostly for the rumors of derelict treasure ships and the pirates who prey on prospective treasure hunters.
