Ezratle system

Ezratle System has a largely negative reputation among exodians even though it is still responsible for a considerable percentage of manufacturing. The only developed planet in the system is Ezratle 3, whose surface is comprised mostly of acid pools and vapor. Early attempts to create non-corrosive facilities on the surface failed, however its many orbital manufacturing stations are quite productive, to the point that there are entire orbiting debris fields of industry waste that have begun to mix with the indigenous asteroid belt.

The sheer inhospitable environment of Ezratle 3 doomed it to become a factory world. The gelatinoid masses that breed microbial lifeforms were once cohesive and covered more of the surface, but the heat and energy from production facilities has turned much of it into gaseous clouds and pools lakes of caustic liquid. Some lifeforms still manage to survive the environment including swarms of small scavengers, an algae that can survive on the toxic liquids, and even a beautiful form of flower that sprouts from gelatinous pools.
